Is Shonda Stanton considered one of the better hitting coaches nationally? Seems like Indiana is near the top in hitting every year recently. Besides JT Gasso who else is considered elite as a hitting coach?

IU has one of the worst SOS in college softball but you still have to hit the ball. She seems to do something right.

So it's all genetics? There was instruction at some point. Recruiting is part of coaching, need to identify players that meet your needs and style.

Just because IU won a National Championship in football with a pair of pants that has deep pockets, does not make IU a great softball school.

Not a great team, but a tournament team. Led the Big Ten in hitting last year and is in the top ten so far this year.

Where did you get that Indiana is a top 10 team in hitting? I am just curious how that stat is being measured. Is there a website you would like to share?

Tony Baldwin is very good.

Jeff Cottrill is solid.

One of the best is the person JT, and some of these others go talk to someone who could coach anywhere he chooses but stays as a private coach
