Coaches Pay

What's a reasonable amount to pay a travel coach on a national-level team? Thinking of recruiting two women with multiple years of DI Ass't coaching experience and who were significant players in their day. Just wonder what a reasonable offer is.

It's a B team but it does have gold in its name, so I guess it's a B honors team.

When you calculate GPA, it's weighted; so an A is worth a 5.0, and a B gold team is a 4.0, So it's really an A team.

The only bad news is the credits don't transfer

The reality is … you can’t afford the coach.

The hours involved for training, scheduling, games, travel and dealing with the players drama and parents drama …..
