Interesting to see that MN just announced their new coach, from Augustana.

They let go of their previous HC I think after IL's decision.

Looked at the Augustana roster and strangely there wasn't a single player from Illinois. Not good or bad, just struck me as odd.

Over half of the Augustana (IL) roster is from Illinois, but that's not the school who's coach is going to Minnesota.

Why is it everytime someone offers criticism or sarcasm of the Illinois/Chill pipeline someone cries “you are insulting our girls”?

Sorry, Illinois has made poor recruiting decisions and the results prove it. If that fact offends then become a soccer fan.

You could do way worse, but it will probably be a recycled P4 Coach with a losing record. Personally, I would love to see a successful mid-major staff get a chance.
