Giving an unproven, at the pro-level player, equity in the league is demeaning to the league. She's a great player this year, and next year, there will be another great player. She's definitely not the GOAT. AUSL needs to act like they belong at the pro level.

What they are offering is referred to as “Mission Equity”, which is basically profit sharing (with a ceiling) and player representation on the AUSL board. What Canady and others are getting is not real equity - and not what MLB got when they invested for a 20% stake.
