Question about Midwest Teams

I was reading an article recently about some higher level travel softball programs in Texas and Oklahoma that "fully funded". Led me to wonder if there are any "fully funded" higher end teams in the midwest. Anyone know of these type of teams and can give me examples? Thanks

yes those exist but typically only at 18s and sometimes 16s

Full-funded, meaning the players don't pay anything? Or fully-funded meaning the team has an outside revenue source to eliminate costs?

Neither are in the Midwest.

Meaning of fully funded is the players do not pay anything.

There are teams in the Midwest who fund the flagship teams in those high-level organizations thru paying to use the organization's name on their jersey.
