What is the range for assistant coach pay in the Chicagoland area for a 14U or higher team?

I know its not 45k but I know for a fact that in many bigger organizations that coaches at 14U or above get paid. Curious what the range others have seen.

We mock the pay, then slam daddy ball and Coaches that give lessons. What's it going to be kids, free labor gives you coaches with agendas.
