Why would an org. Advertise a 2nd yr 16u team and offer a bunch of first year 16s a spot?
Is it because they couldn’t drum up enough interest from second years or just needing bodies to make it look like they are the place to be??

Tryouts are a joke. Why waste these kids times and especially the parents time. Every organization knows their team already. I think the coaches just want to feel big and important sitting on a bucket with a clip board pretending to write shit down.
