Why was the space coast invite cancelled this year?

When my daughter played for NLL and they forced this event on us because it was run by them, we did not go. It was a good thing we did, after returning, parents were pissed off that they did not see a single coach at any field. What coach is going to be in FL the weekend before thanksgiving, seriously. NLL kept the event going for a while because of the, I go to your event you come to mine approach. But that has obviously wore off.

Very true. Also why are these teams going to Georgia and even California. What a waste! Zero chance any of those girls going to a Califonia college. As for Georgia, if you’re one of the top teams playing where all the college coaches are, I guess it’s worth it but many of these Midwest teams aren’t one of those team playing on the fields where all the college coaches are. Once again a waste. Colorado is also getting out of control. Many Midwest colleges aren’t even going to Colorado anymore.

Don't know for sure but its likely because of participation. The tourney has been going down hill for years. The first year it was well attended by orgs like Top Gun and Mustangs but it became a tourney for the Sparks and Lightning to travel to FL to play each other
