Until you touch the product with your hands, you don't know where its weak points are. We found several shortcomings right away, although everything looked perfect on paper. Thanks to the mockup, we managed to make improvements before we pressed the "start" button in production. And this saved us not only from additional costs, but also from reputational losses.
