For our CS2 private games, we rotate between classic maps like Dust2 and Inferno, but also try workshop maps for variety. Found good server settings on https://dmarket.com/cs2-wiki/ that made our games more fun. We turned off friendly fire and increased money to try different weapons each round. For game modes, Retakes is popular with our group - it's quick and focuses on site battles. We also do knife-only rounds sometimes for laughs. As for skins, we use the "sv_allow_loadout" command so everyone can show off their collections. The AWP Asiimov is still the favorite in our group. Wingman on short maps is great when we don't have many players online. Try setting shorter round times too - keeps the action going!
