Hi! In a month I'm leaving to work in another city for a year and a half, and I want to rent out my private house.
This is the first time I've encountered this - I've never rented out housing.
I'm looking at property management companies so that they can control tenants, do maintenance, monitor payments, etc.

Are there any checklists to pay attention to?
I've heard that some just take money and do the bare minimum. I'd like to find those who actually monitor the property.
