I’ve been in nursing for about two years, and I’m starting to feel like I want a change. The idea of traveling sounds appealing, but I’m also worried about the instability. It seems exciting to see new places, but I don’t know if I’m ready for the constant adjustments. Has anyone here started travel nursing early in their career? Was it worth the leap, or do you think it’s better to wait until you’ve got more experience?
