Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about long-term care options for my grandma here in Philadelphia. She’s been having more trouble with daily tasks lately, and we’re trying to figure out the best way to support her without pulling her out of the home she loves. A friend mentioned that hiring a Home Health Aide could be a good fit, but I honestly have no idea where to start with that — like what the job really involves, what qualifications these aides have, or how it works around here in PA.
