I’ve been thinking a lot about how much other people actually matter when it comes to mental health. Over the last year I noticed that when I withdrew a bit and tried to “deal with things on my own”, my mood dipped faster than I expected. Do you think regular social support really makes a difference in preventing depression, or is it more about personal coping skills and mindset?
