Is Struggling in College a Sign You’re Doing Something Wrong, or Just Everyone’s Reality Now?

I’ve been at University of Michigan for over a year now, and I constantly feel behind. It seems like no matter how early I start studying, professors expect you to know things intuitively that nobody really teaches. My friends all post memes about pulling all-nighters and still scoring A’s, but I feel like I’m drowning in reading, deadlines, and group projects. Am I just bad at time management, or is this the norm? I worry that struggling might mean I’m not cut out for college, even though I genuinely enjoy learning. Has anyone else felt like this, and how do you reconcile it without burning out?
