I'm curious about how people really manage to weave self-care apps into their daily routines. It's so easy to download an app with good intentions, but then it just sits there among all the other icons. I've tried a few mindfulness and habit-tracking apps, but consistency is always my biggest challenge. Do you have any specific strategies or times of day when you use your favorite tools that make them stick?
