I've been feeling overwhelmed by work stress for quite a while, and I'm trying to find simple ways to calm down without downloading another app or creating yet another account. I came across a browser-based breathing tool that guides you with a visual rhythm, and the slow inhale/exhale exercises seem surprisingly effective after just a few minutes. Has anyone else had success with this kind of guided breathing? I'm especially curious whether techniques like coherent breathing or box breathing actually become more effective with daily practice, or if the benefits tend to level off over time.
