For me, tennis offers a good balance because you can actually see momentum changing during a match. I used to jump between too many live markets, but that made it harder to follow what was happening. Now I normally choose one or two things before the match starts and only adjust if the game develops differently than expected. I’ve also found gsb useful for checking the available options across different sports, although I still prefer keeping my focus on the match itself rather than constantly watching the odds.
