I usually judge a login page by how clearly it explains what to do next. Small details, such as a visible password reset link and helpful error messages, can make a big difference when someone can't remember their details. On mobile, buttons should be large enough to tap comfortably, and the page shouldn't require lots of zooming or scrolling. Using a password manager can also save time, as long as the device is secure.
