Soul FREQUENCY can be raised by interacting with others in a "loving" manner-- vs. "exploitive" way.

The complete works of St. John of the Cross is as big as Mike Perry's Forever for All... and St. John regards life as a test for faith in God. I'll try to combine his version with Mike Perry's... and then add another component-- the idea of raising one's frequency/vibration to higher levels of awareness (and power?) so that if we're reincarnated... we can return in a more ethereal pleasurable way. Not sure how to proceed yet though.. but certainly religions and Saints might have something to say on this.
