I don't see how routine life extension and anti-aging along with cryonics can survive the Technocratic dictatorship now underway. It looks like it's going to be everyone for themselves as depopulation is forced on us. Strict survivalism is the only thing left for ordinary people to engage in... which isn't much of a life extension program. Along with the oncoming ice age in 2049, I don't expect the same upward bound future anymore that I saw or hallucinated in the 1980's.
