Perp trusts are destroying current assets in the economy by creating dead hand trusts. Laughlin was the wealthiest guy in cryonics and when he transferred to the aether, he locked his money up in a perp trust. All the money-people in cryonics may be doing the same thing. That's why we don't have a super duper cryonics spa-vacation survival place along the lines of what Ventureville was supposed to be. Laughlin, IMO, is less likely to be recovered, as a result.
