Comparing Mike Perry's Forever For All with Deep Reality by Doug Matzke

Mike Perry covered a lot of ground in FFA in 2001 but Doug Matzke does a better job of looking at quantum reality in 2021. This is a huge self assignment but so far I'm leaning toward the Matzke idea that human-mind exists in the quantum-deep-reality, with the brain being a transciever. Mike gets involved in many-worlds theory which I never liked but am willing to reconsider. To be sure Mike does a better job of things to do to stay in THIS world... but I'm getting too old for a lot of those considerations to be realistic-- things like anti-aging and cryonics. Matzke gives me an updated ramp to consider afterlife more realistically. I'm not sure what Matzke's position on God is but it's very likely, in my reading so far, that deep quantum reality entails a super-mind, universal-mind, integrated as God at the top of it all. Matzke's deep quantum reality is more "comfortable" than Mike's many-worlds-forever-for-all... and it's an easier read too, though neither qualifies as easy by any means. If I had to pick one or the other, I'd pick Matzke because that way I'm already an immortal qunatum-reality-mind with individuality as me. Mike's tome leaves me with an uncomfortable feeling and too many problems. Matzke solves them all in one fell swoop.
