HOW TO SAY THINGS consistent with [Quantum Mind Theory].
Thoughts exist outside SPACE-TIME. [Rick adds
The spacetime address of any event is also an address in the hyperdimensional quantum structure of the universe.
Time is an additional part of the HDA, HyperDimensionAddress.
Jeff Hawkins HTM hierarchicTemporalMemory looks for time patterns as if in space. There are enough spacetime addresses for all events for all time and space. It’s an infinite quantum oracle.

Quantum mind - Wikipedia
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_mind
The quantum mind or quantum consciousness is a group of hypotheses proposing that classical mechanics cannot explain consciousness. It posits that quantum-mechanical phenomena, such as entanglement and superposition, may play an important part in the brain's function and could explain consciousness.. The hypotheses assert that consciousness is somehow quantum-mechanical and can overlap with ..
In 2022, results of two experiments at the University of Alberta and Princeton University were announced at The Science of Consciousness conference, providing further evidence to support quantum processes operating within microtubules.[36]

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Science_of_Consciousness
The Science of Consciousness (TSC; formerly Toward a Science of Consciousness) is an international academic conference that has been held biannually since 1994. It is organized by the Center for Consciousness Studies of the University of Arizona. Alternate conferences are held in Arizona (either Tucson or Phoenix), and the others in locations worldwide. Each conference attracts hundreds[citation needed] of attendees. The conference is devoted exclusively to the investigation of consciousness.[1]
Rick: FIRST TIME I HEARD OF THIS-- and never saw it reviewed by life extenders, anti-agers or cryonicists.
Stuart Hameroff (born July 16, 1947) is an American anesthesiologist and professor at the University of Arizona known for his studies of consciousness and his controversial contention that consciousness originates from quantum states in neural microtubules. He is the lead organizer of the Science of Consciousness conference.

I AM NOT AN ALGORITHM
P. 71 Deep Reality: Penrose is quoted as saying that the mind goes beyond computation or algorithm.
Rick: This means that Rules as Code won’t work in Law or Government because neither the human mind, nor rules in Law or Government are algorithms. On the surface, they can be to an extent cross referenced and indexed and organized, but ultimately if the Human Mind is not an algorithm, then neither are Law and Government... or Medicine for that matter.
Wikipedia on Hameroff
Hameroff was the lead organizer of the first Tucson Toward a Science of Consciousness meeting in 1994 that brought together approximately 300 people interested in consciousness studies (e.g., David Chalmers, Christof Koch, Bernard Baars, Roger Penrose, Benjamin Libet). https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuart_Hameroff
Rick: I was in Tucson selling pianos at Schroeders and held an Alcor meeting at my house around that time but never heard of this.
Effective-Mind-Control: First, the total born and learned knowledge available to the doctor could not exist anywhere other than as the stored/retrieved data within the 100 billion neurons in his brain. The perceptions, sensations, feelings and physical activities of the doctor could only be enabled by the electrical impulses flowing through the axons of those neurons. The data enabling that process could be stored as digital combinations.

Rick: No, the data is not within the 100 billion neurons in the brain. It is outside the brain which is a transciever. The brain is recieving signals from outside the box in the quantum aether field.

Physicists explain how the brain might connect to the quantum realm

They claimed that the brain’s neuronal system forms an intricate network and that the consciousness this produces should obey the rules of quantum mechanics — the theory that determines how tiny...

Penrose and Hameroff were met with incredulity. Quantum mechanical laws are usually only found to apply at very low temperatures. Quantum computers, for example, currently operate at around -272°C. At higher temperatures, classical mechanics takes over.

Rick: In Deep Reality, Doug Matzke speculates that a quantum computer may eventually become something that a quantum-soul can project into... called an e-hostbrain. This would be interesting if possible especially if the quantum computer is super-cooled because it’s a bit like cryonics in that cryonics also requires low temperatures for preservation of brains and bodies.
INVERSE.com - Fractals and microtubules
Brains and fractals
Our brains are composed of cells called neurons, and their combined activity is believed to generate consciousness. Each neuron contains microtubules, which transport substances to different parts of the cell. The Penrose-Hameroff theory of quantum consciousness argues that microtubules are structured in a fractal pattern which would enable quantum processes to occur. Fractals are structures that are neither two-dimensional nor three-dimensional but are instead some fractional value in between. In mathematics, fractals emerge as beautiful patterns that repeat themselves infinitely, generating what is seemingly impossible: a structure that has a finite area, but an infinite perimeter.

Rick: I checked and Matzke does not have microtubules or fractals in his index. Matzke mentions Hameroff, however, on p. 43 along with the idea that amoebas have microtubules but no brains. So Matzke is fully aware of Hameroff! Fantastic. The Amoeba with no brain can still learn and Hameroff thinks it’s because the single cell Amoeba has microtubules with fractal systems.

Your Brain Is Not a Computer. It Is a Transducer - Discover Magazine

The idea, which is quite simple on its face, is that the brain is a bidirectional transducer. Transduction Is All Around Us A few inches to the left of the laptop computer on which I am now typing stands an imposing Sennheiser microphone that I use mainly when someone is interviewing me for a radio or TV show.

The Ultimate Transducer
What if evolution, at some point, produced a special kind of transducer that could shift signals from the physical world as we know it to a very different kind of world?... William James, a prominent Harvard philosopher in 1898- asserted that a universe-wide consciousness beamed human consciousness into our brains "as so many finite rays," just as the sun beams rays of light onto our planet. Our brains, being limited in their capabilities, he said, generally filter and suppress real consciousness, while sometimes allowing ‘glows of feeling, glimpses of insight, and streams of knowledge’ to shine through. He called this idea ‘transmission-theory.’

Deeprak Chopra again? Ugh. Oh Well.
deas like James’s have been around for thousands of years. In his 2006 book, Life After Death: The Burden of Proof, alternative medicine guru Deepak Chopra says that ancient Hindu texts teach that the material world we know is nothing but a projection from the universal consciousness that fills all space. From this perspective, death is not an end; it is a merging of a relatively pathetic human consciousness with that of the dazzling universal one. To add gravitas to this idea, Chopra does what many recent authors have done: he suggests that modern formulations of quantum physics are consistent with his belief in a universal consciousness.

Robert Epstein, author of the Discover Magazine article
To be clear: I am not offering transduction theory as yet another metaphor. I am suggesting that the brain is truly a bidirectional transducer and that, over time, we will find empirical support for this theory.
