I've read case reports from Alcor & I don't recall a prepaid case being pressured for a refund.

At this point, to your point, I would say we'd have to ask Alcor or CI or TT/ACS or Oregon-- if there's been a case like that. I don't recall one. I only recall cases being challenged by families where the money was not yet transferred. If there were a demand for a refund from a family that actively intervened in a cryonics rescue, that would be big news. I have no memory of a case like that. Do you?
