Souls are information and obey the same laws, in quantum-realm, as energy in classical realm.

I haven't found Russel's reference yet but I recall he wrote, or mabye it was matzke in Deep Reality, wrote that information is conserved in quantum realm as law of thermodynamics in classical realm. Law of Conservation of Information, I think, he called it.
