Ettinger's review of supermen of philosophers is good so far... up to Chap 4 where I'm at but I notice he hasn't mentioned comic book heroes.
He points to Arthur C. Clarks concepts of memory storage of the personality pattern then reinstall into new bodies which comes closes to my own latest understanding of matzke, russell, penfield, Burr... & my own Quantumonics.
