Second half of Chpt 5 anticipates many ideas in my Quantumonics except for... except for Ettinger not thinking that maybe the scenario he described already exists!!! ... and then after doing such a great job in anticipating elements of Quantumonics, dismisses it all as hogwash. I recall reading this for the first time years ago and understanding the ideas and dismissing it as hogwash as well. Now, however his hogwash in Chpt 4 goes a long way toward Quantumonics! Fascinating.
