Regis's primary defense is that molecules work despite quantum effects but... he doesn't address the human mind, which is distinct as a T-field, rather than an L-field in Edward W. Russell's Design for Destiny. Sure, molecules work despite quantum effects... and the MIND works too... but the idea that the MIND is off-site and the brain is an antenna surely derails the pure molecular-brain approach where memory and personalty are embedded in preservable brain structure. According the Matzke, Russel,and Burr, it's not. Penfield and hyperthymnesiacs support Matzke, Russelll and Burr more than Drexler and Regis I think.
