Did Dave Pizer ever formally apologize for Ventureville failure, Kent/Faloon for Timeship?

I think Pizer and Faloon, and posthumously, Kent, should apologize to the cryonics community and cryonicists like me for the failure of VV and TS along with an explanation. Although it's long overdue, it should still be written up in some form online or print.
