New round of Qnol CoQ10-- I use in cycles off and on. A more absorbable CoQ10 with lots of other "features" by Qnot looked good to me at Walmart so I got another round of it. I'm particularly concerned with health of my gums and the Japanese found out that it was good for that, as well as the heart function. It's got a long history with thousands of studies.
