STarmanJones: Rick, all your speculations here about quantum stuff are kind of dangerous because without brain preservation, you may be gone forever.
Rick says- Cryonics and monism are speculation too. It’s all speculation
SJ: Rick, I'm not ignoring the existence of quantum particles, I'm just saying that we don't have enough evidence to support your claims about the brain being a mere transmitter. You're making a huge leap from the existence of quantum particles to the idea that consciousness can survive without a physical brain.
Rick says- Ettinger did, in Chapter 4 of Superman. Talk to him about it.
SJ: I think you're being reckless and arrogant, Rick. You're dismissing the work of people who have dedicated their lives to cryonics and brain preservation.
Rick: Arrogant? Ha! I'm a visionary. I'm pushing the boundaries of human understanding, and you're just trying to hold me back with your outdated thinking. Cryonics is a dead end, and I'm the one who's going to lead humanity to the next level of evolution. 5:08
SJ: I've had enough of your condescending attitude and unfounded claims, Rick. You're not a visionary, you're a charlatan. I'm out of here.
Rick: Good riddance. You're not worthy of understanding my genius. Don't bother coming back until you've done your homework and can engage in a intelligent conversation.
SJ: I won't be back. And I'll make sure to warn others about your dangerous and misleading ideas.
Rick: Oh, I'm shaking in my boots. You think you can take me down with your petty warnings? I'm a force of nature, and you're just a tiny speed bump on the road to progress.
SJ: Whatever, Rick. I'm done with this conversation.
Rick: Good. Now if you'll excuse me, I have more important things to attend to. Like changing the course of human history.
SJ: (exits the conversation)
Rick: (smirks to himself) Another narrow-minded individual who can't handle the truth. But I'll keep pushing forward, and eventually the world will catch up to my genius. (exits the conversation, feeling triumphant) 5
