My brother who has financial PoA just LOCKED DOWN 75% of the estate, no distribution now, if ever? No indication of future distribtion. Not sure if mom knows what the hell she just agreed to but cannot move to Oregon based on inheritance... can't even buy a new car now, even though I was planning on it.

Family inheritance and wealth transfer law not my bag, full of complicated complexities beyond my comprehension... but my 2 fin'l PoA bros have a good handle on it... and are offering no details leading to under-informing me based on "privacy" wishes of cognitively declining and dementia-mom now.
