Wrong. Pizer was down the street from me with a tow truck loading his car. I said Pizer must have been checking out my property to TRY to look for properties to buy like ALL real-estate flippers have been looking to buys houses over the past 10 years or more. Anyone with property is constantly solicited to sell EVEN IF the OWNER has NO INTENTION of selling. When I get phonecalls asking "are you the owner of the house" I just hang up. I get postcards soliciting me to list with these agencies all the time.

Are you aware of the home-buying solicitors that constantly call homeowners to get a listing despite the house NOT being for sale? Or are you NOT aware of this phenemenon?

Back to Pizer, being a property flipper and having recently (past several years) after selling VENTUREVILLE in Mayer, got into the real estate sales business and even though I did not follow him closely, it makes sense that he would have been in the preperty flipping business. It's highly unlikely he was coming to "visit" me to say "hello" but rather he had to have been doing research on properties in my area and he would have been curious as to what the area looked and felt like rather than just view it online. His car must have broken down just east of me about a half dozen doors away.

Of course, I'm speculating here but what are the odds that he would have been on my street for reasons other than property research?

In a way, that was my last chance encounter with him which is interesting. It might have been a quantum-reality-premonition type of thing where he was saying goodbye because this only occurred 6 months ago I think, though I'd have to check my notes.

He wasn't looking well but he wasn't overly sickly looking either, just medium okay. I have not seen any reports about his malady that killed him nor have I seen any cryonics case reports yet but then many websites I visit now can't be seen on my old browser so I'm no longer up to date on things.
