I can't find my reference now that I think to post a notation on it but I'll review my notes from Dec. 2024 and find it again. I LOL'd when I read it. It's sort of true. The only way around it is to conceptualize a previous life in which we choose to be born for the experience, into this projected reality dimension... from the quantum-realm where our "real-self"soul resides.
