OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE while staring a myself in a mirror while tripping in 1985 was true OOBE. I now believe that experience was a true OOBE, the more I think on it. I experienced an immediate real time presence of myself as a mind apart from my body, watching myself, thinking "that's the brain that is me". I never got to repeat the experience but I don't have to. I never forgot it. I still recall it like it was this morning.
