My "Part H" is for HAIR-- as a sign of health or not-- biotin + more.

As part of my MOCKERY of the MEDICAL "CARE" system called "MEDI CARE", yeah sure, they care.... for PROFIT, that is but that's for another post... I'll now establish my PART R as Rick's plan for Rick and it's SUBPARTS, again mocking the system... as Part R --- and SUB PART H...for HAIR.

Hair health is a major indicator of health overall in the real natural health business... and apart from growing more hair, I would say monitering one's hairline and gray hairs is part of a good program. Easy to take supps for hair include all the routine vitamins but additionally BIOTIN for HAIR, NAILS and SKIN.

Dorothy's hair was on and off over the years, but sometimes really great, and then during her convelescence, I tried to maintain it but lost the fight as it became a BEEHIVE HAIRDO that could not be managed anymore. During the denoument phase, she requsted various types of brushes, which I was overly-optimistic about in hindsight but did not see any harm in trying. The main problem was more tangles getting ahead of where either one of us could detangle.

As the comedian Jeff... Foxworthy would say... If you find that yer hair is gittin' more tangled faster than you kin UNtangle it, .... you JIS MIGHT be gettin really old!
