This is good advice but I would add that for me, I'd have to be mindful that we're merely quantum projections fro a permanent background quantum personality and memory entity and we vanish from this L-field, to retract into the T-field for another go round later or a quantum vacation. This is clearly the case as described by Edward. W Russell supported by all his footnotes and now updated modern youtubes on NDE.
