Morning toast/beef-broth, brunch-2 eggs, latelunch- sardine,or chicken, or tuna sandwich, or lentils or mushroom soup or other soup supplements, night-red meat... beer @ 4-6 pm 32 oz @ 5% = 1.6 oz alcohol burns off in 2-3 hours... then liver-support supplement (milk thistle) Why?
