Futher differentiation required: Dr, Who's QLS is still material... but a true QLS, say in the JW sense of "SNES"... would be dematerialized and invisible and in the information realm, in "God's Mind", the ultimate "cloud storage". Edward W Russell would say that the QLS is actually UNlocked as a QULS, still dematierlized and invisible, but quite possibly actively interactive with the material realm in some way.
There is only a TINY difference between the JW S/NES condition and the Russell QULS, the only difference being LOCKED vs. UNLOCKED quantum states. For evil and bad people who don't have any self-control, I would imagine God and the gods would "LOCK" the person up into the JW-S/NES position. A good person who needs an AFTER LIFE VACATION and maybe preparation for REINCARNATION would be in an UNlocked state the QULS of Russell and even Matzke for that matter.
