"no one know about these things"... ??? You're problem is an lack of familiarity with academic literature and academic positioning and approaches. Cryonics and materialism are theories as well but inside the world of theories are better theories, worse theories, testable theories, less testable theories, speculation based on sound reasoning, speculuation based on nothing etc. YOU DO NOT TYPE VERY FAST because you're all thumbs so you CANNOT POSSIBLY have a mental-finger-connection that outputs any useful paragraphs.
