Dave Pizer's Cave Creek Road property in Phoenix has been 100% levelled & still for sale. I drove by it yesterday and it's absolutely clean and flat. Next door there are modern condos that had their start a few decades ago. Pizer had a "family trust" or "family estate" as far as I now so the property is likely under control/ownership of that entity but who the actual people are that control this is unknown to me. Mark Plus has not revealed anything on CryonicsUncenscored on Reddit regarding the estate and recently indicated he has no air conditioning!? Very odd tale which indicates Dave left nothing to Mark after Mark worked for him for decades and was a cryonics buddy. Of course, none of this is my business but I worked for Dave off and on over the decades too and was signed up for cryonics until 2011, going back to 1978, again off and on over the decades, totally about 33 years.

The big money guys in cryonics always seem to be able to actually 'take it with them' after all since the estates simply disappear. Laughlin put his in a dead-hand trust in N. Dakota, Kent's estate seems to be operating to a degree but Faloon, Wowk and others have said nothing as far as I can find, and now Pizer's estate isn't obviously here nor there. Alcor continues to 'struggle' on meagre sums as far as I know with most donations going to a hidden "patient care" trust. Nothing like a cryonics-retirement-residence, as helpful as that would be, ever evolved.

The property for sale on Cave Creek MIGHT have been a 'cool' site for a cryonics retirement campus and residence, being in a good zone for that type of thing and near enough to Alcor to be useful but of course, I'm concocting a cartoon vision that will never actually exist in this universe. Still it's fun to contemplate for a few minutes. I'm sure my vision is coming from the quantum level of reality where cryonicists refuse to look for clues about reality and the human mind.
