I don't have exact quotes right now but will scan CU again when I can. I didn't pay attention to who was who, only that I was mentioned in a few thread along with this forum. I'll look again when I can. Frankly it doesn't bother me. I know what I'm theorizing and why re: quantum reality and scale. Doug Matzke, Edward W. Russell, HSBurr, & Penfield are my starting points for reincarnation theory that is replacing cryonics theory for me, and cryonics has always been a theory, a good one, but now a flawed one based on quantum reality as described by Matzke. Ettinger himself proposed in 1972 in MIS what Matzke wrote in 2017. Reincarnation theory is part of several religions to more or less a degree but it, unto itself, is not a separate religion. It'a s mechanism that's proposed that makes sense and for which there is increasing evidence for.
