For human-consciousness to have "evolved/emerged", the universe would have had to have "precedent-possibility-for-its-emergence". I realized this SUDDENLY and in ONE VISIONARY realization on the front patio of our house around summer of 2022 while staring at clouds and just thinking random thoughts. OF COURSE! The "aether" or whatever stands in for "aether" these days, or "reality foundations" would have had to PERMIT the EMERGENCE of human-conciousness and so would BY NECCESSITY already "know" about human-conciousness-as-possibly-emergent, and THUS, is the GREATER POWER.
