anti-aging being reached soon. Life extension,
as shown in a graph in Pearson/Shaw 1983 LEPSA,
shows a extended curve beyond antiaging which
is really what we've all thought of as being
the essential feature of lifespan extension,
with anti-aging being an obvious secondary
consideration. Pushing the bounds of maximum
lifespan considered to be 120 is considered
the main event. Of course, 'hardening' survival
in that realm is also essential, making ourselves
unkillable, in a sense. More's article
