book--> My Stroke of Insight, Jill Taylor PhD... very difficult read re: her experience with stroke. I've had to put this one down several times. The way she describes being inside herself, observing her thoughts during her strokes reminds me of what Dorothy must have gone through.

I'll keep reading it however because it seems to me that it helps explain the difference between mind and body, a perennial question where the materialists continue to think mind emerges from brain (cryonicists and behaviorists) and the dualists who think that mind is transcieved through the brain as a quantum antenna (personalists, spiritualists, quantumists)
