It just occurred to me that I'm spending a lot more time and energy researching the afterlife
than I am anti-aging, life extension and cryonics at age 69 than I was at 49. It doesn't look to
me like cryonics will work afterall, and there has been progress in aging research but nothing
I can really use and nobody seems to be turning it around in a definitive way. This is really
stunning in a way because I don't even care much about updating my tools and methods and
keeping up with the technical Jones's so to speak anymore and yet I'm okay with my
