USATF San Diego and Del Norte HS are hosting a new series of events in June / July: the USATF Summer Clinics at Del Norte High School!

The clinics will feature top Track & Field experts from San Diego, including Jonathan Pierce (Kinetik Performance Co), Bashir Ramzy (Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center), and Paul Greer (USATF SD).

Three Advanced Clinics for High School Track & Field Athletes include:
1. Speed, Strength & Power (July 12th) - for sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers, throwers
2. Mobility, Coordination & Endurance (July 19th) for distance runners
3. Preparation, Recovery & Nutrition (July 26th) for all athletes

Event Details: Friday mornings, Del Norte High School, Track and Staff Lounge, 9:30am-1:00pm. Cost = $60 each ($30 with USATF SD membership).
