Crowe’s heart leapt at each and every one of Echo’s giggles, plucking at some deep feeling that he could take an educated guess on what it was. Considering it was a new feeling to him, it was deeper than just the general feeling of lust and ecstasy. Normally, Crowe would just provide some aftercare to the lass and then leave into the depths of the night, but considering that his mind moved straight to wanting to invite her to Amaya, he knew it was something much stronger than hormonal desire. His comment about how their rendezvous felt was reciprocated, as Echo spoke ”It was, Crowe.”. Her words seemed light, which was understandable as they had just mated. She was tired. The melanistic brute wrapped his wing around Echo and had asked about his new headpiece, to which she responded softly, "You look absolutely terrifying in it, it's such a turn on." Her giggle then made him laugh once more before he asked genuinely what was now almost fused to his head. "Well, it appears to be a ram skull." Echo spoke, nuzzling her head into it. Once she finished, Crowe’s almost black eyes met her emerald orbs as she continued to speak, watching her gaze shift and demeanor change slightly. "It's quite fitting, I must say. It reminds me of the Ice Caps, the ram I saw when I left that dreaded ice prison.” Crowe cocked his head in curiosity, still listening intently to her words. ”When I first came here not too long ago, my brother dragged me to Tarben. I didn't know by doing that that I'd be losing my choice of who I get to be with. He was always controlling though, but that . . . " He grimaced. Tarben? He had not been in Starfall long, but from hearsay and now Echo’s words, it seemed as if the icy lands did not care much about bodily autonomy of females. Her laugh broke his thoughts, causing him to meet her gaze once more. "I'm sorry to drop that on you, I know you didn't ask. I'm not going back, though. Figured I could find somewhere else, but everywhere is just so damn dreary and prudish." Crowe began to wag his tail softly, something he did not usually do. ”Well, Echo, I am trying to build a pack just a bit away from Starfall Shores, if you’re still interested in finding a place to call home.” He paused, hoping she would be receptive to this suggestion. The words had kind of left his maw without hesitation and thought. This, was also the first time he was technically inviting a female back to his place – a big step for him, since he was usually fleeing from the lucky lass’s place before daybreak occurred. Crowe continued speaking. ”It’s called Amaya. Provided I can get enough following, I would like for it to run opposite of Tarben, that is, females get the right to claim. Furthermore, there will be no rule against multiple mates, if that’s something you find of interest.” He would attempt to meet her eyes for a brief moment before speaking a bit more nervously and hesitantly. ”Th-there’s no pressure for you to join…b-but I’d like to have you around more.” This was followed by a nervous smile on his face, and if his melanistic body were not naturally dark, perhaps a blush would be seen on his cheeks not covered by the skull. His heart pounded. Despite the fact he mentioned polyamory would be allowed in Amaya, Crowe wanted Echo to himself. Maybe he should not have mentioned that second tidbit about his reign. Actions and thoughts and "Words."
