Shadow was walking along the beach's waters, he's always loved the water even as a pup, his mom and dad used to call him river as a nickname. he sighed, that was what they used to call him before they kicked him from the pack after he came out as gay when he was seventeen. He was never liked very much in the pack, so Shadow wasn't surprised when he was kicked out after coming-out as gay. he was only 15 years at the time so, he was surprised when he had survived 3 years traveling in the woods. he had been walking when a portal came out of nowhere a teleported him some were. he was losing strength and he was thin because he didn't eat a lot because he was always traveling. he been in this unknown territory for about a few days

so here he was sitting, at an age of a territory gaining strength to howl into the territory, he didn't know much about these packs but back in his old home you had to howl into a pack territory before entering or or it would be trespassing, Jack hears another wolf howl, and he took a step back then stood there as he watched the wolf come out of the shadow.
